Stover Country Park contains over 114 acres of woodland, grassland, heathland, lake and marsh and a substantial variety of wildlife. One of the main features of this country park is Stover Lake which supports a wealth of water birds, dragonflies and damselflies and other wildlife to watch, study, or photograph.
At the entrance to the park is the Nature Interpretation Centre, which consists of a visitor centre, rangers office, and public toilets. Other facilities include: Interpretation boards, and aeriel walkway, bird hide, picnic areas and a car park.
